Three (3) year old Philbert Nana Kojo Effah has allegedly drowned in a manhole owing to the negligence of authorities of the Asher Montesorri School, Upper Weija.

According to a close source, the young man with a special need of not being able to talk drowned in this manhole (video below) after the school authorities failed to pay special attention to him even though the parents were paying more for that.

The mother was called yesterday that his son had died and that he had been taken to the mortuary by the school authorities. Upon reaching the hospital (name withheld), she was told that his son was brought in dead. (BID).

However, the school are saying the child didn’t drown as the mother was told, leaving the woman and the family traumatized.

QUESTION: How can a school with kids as young as 3 years operate with such an uncovered manhole around? How!!! GES!!! MOE!!!
